RightFax 8.7 introduces a number of feature enhancements that benefit both RightFax administrators and users. Instant InfoSystems has developed this RightFax 8.7 Upgrade Package for those IIS RightFax customers interested in optimizing their RightFax solution. Other features soon to be announced for RightFax 8.7 include dynamic workflow capabilities, providing RightFax users with the ability to build and deploy approval and routing workflows with RightFax. IIS RightFax 8.7 Upgrade Package Description Upgrade customers, who use IIS Systems Engineers for the upgrade implementation, attend IIS RightFax training and maintain an IIS support agreement, will receive, FREE, an IIS Fax Server Certification, an IIS Fax Server “Tune-Up”, and a 50% discount for one seat at an IIS RightFax 8.7 Administrator Training Class (a $3,300 value). What additional IIS services does a customer receive?
IIS RightFax 8.7 Upgrade Package Notes: 1. RightFax software upgrade products exist for the following upgrade paths. (Contact your IIS Account Executive for upgrade requirements beyond what is listed.)
Customers requiring upgrade from an older version of RightFax to a different server type of RightFax 8.7 must first upgrade to the RightFax 8.7 server type they are currently using. 2. Upgrade Implementation Services are dependent upon current system configuration, hardware platform, network environment changes (i.e. migration to Active Directory environment), “live” system upgrades or business operations constraints. After hour Implementation Services are available upon request for an additional fee. 3. Additional optional modules, channels, hardware, or “non-standard” IIS services may be purchased for an additional fee. 4. Customers that were covered by a Software Maintenance plan on the date of the release of RightFax 8.7 (February 17, 2004) will receive free RightFax 8.7 upgrade software. Customers that were not covered by a Software Maintenance plan wanting to upgrade on March 17 are required to pay an upgrade fee based upon a percentage of the total value (based upon MSLP) of their current RightFax solution configuration. Upgrade prices vary depending upon what version of software being used, what additional modules are being used, number of channels, etc. Please contact the Instant InfoSystems Sales Department for information on this and other RightFax 8.7 upgrade promotions being offered.
