Brooktrout Technology TR114 ISA and PCI, End Of Life Announcement October
2, 2003 - This
product announcement serves as end of life notification for new product
purchases of selected Brooktrout TR114 ISA and PCI fax boards from Instant
InfoSystems and Captaris RightFax. On October 2, 2003 Brooktrout end of
lifed the following list of the affected fax boards. Effective September 30, 2003: TR 114 select ISA Loop Start, BRI, DID and Combo Boards
Effective December 31, 2003: TR114 select ISA and PCI Digital Boards
ORDERING RESTRICTIONS Effective
September 30, 2003, no new orders for the analog boards with an end of
life date of 9/30/03 will be accepted. Effective immediately and not past
December 31, 2003, any requests for quote for digital TR114 ISA or PCI
boards must be approved on a case-by-case basis, pending availability.
Please contact your Instant InfoSystems’ Sales Representative
immediately if you have been quoted and are considering purchasing any
of the TR 114 Digital or Analog Fax Boards listed in this bulletin.
Doing so is necessary to ensure availability or to determine the appropriate
replacement fax board. REPLACEMENT BOARD RECOMMENDATIONS Nearly
all of the boards listed above have a recommended replacement. Contact
