RightFax 7.0 End of life October 31, 2002! With the recent release of RightFax version 8.5, and in order to streamline the existing RightFax product line, Captaris has discontinued technical support for RightFax v7.0 on October 31, 2002. Customers currently running v7.0 (and earlier) will need to upgrade their RightFax product in order to continue receiving support from Captaris. Captaris telephone and email support will no longer be available for RightFax 7.0. As of November 1, 2002, Instant InfoSystems will no longer renew support agreements on versions of RightFax 7.0 (and earlier) but will honor existing Instant InfoSystems RightFax 7.0 support agreements. However, we recommend that Instant InfoSystems’ RightFax 7.0 customers upgrade to RightFax 8.0 as soon as possible to ensure that they are able to do deliver mission critical documents using their RightFax solution. Customers can upgrade existing RightFax servers, modules and connectors to RightFax 8.5 for improved and added functionality.
