Fax Archival and Workflow solutions now available from Instant InfoSystems

improve efficiency by utilizing their fax server solutions to do more.
That’s why we have added new Archival and Workflow products to our
portfolio of products. These new products, when integrated with fax server
solutions, allow customers to save on the labor and storage costs normally
associated with archiving, retrieving, and routing documents and improve
operational efficiency by making critical business information easier to
find and distribute.
Customers can choose
from the following product options:
- DocBox – a
pre-configured turnkey hardware and software solution developed to meet
limited archival and workflow requirements
- Singularity -
server software that can be configured and integrated to meet more
advanced archival and workflow demands including Internet forms and
Enterprise Applications Integration
Until now, this type of
technology has been out of reach for most businesses because of software
complexity, deployment and expense. Designed with “ease of use” and
reliability in mind, DocBox and Singularity bring the promise of
electronic document delivery, archival and workflow automation to fruition

And since they were developed using open source Linux and MySQL
technologies and are fully compatible with Microsoft Windows and SQL
Server, both products can run in almost any network environment

Now Instant InfoSystems’ fax server customers can do more than just send
and receive fax documents. By integrating DocBox or Singularity with their
fax servers, customers can automatically archive their fax documents for
rapid retrieval. Once archived, these same documents can be annotated and
routed to accommodate internal workflow and authorization processes.
DocBox and Singularity can also be used to satisfy Sarbanes Oxley or HIPAA
compliance requirements.
