VERSION 7.2 DISCONTINUATION March 11, 2003 - With the release of RightFax version 8.5 in September 2002, Captaris announced the discontinuation of RightFax v.7.2 servers and v.7.2 modules. Although Captaris discontinued the sale of v.7.2 in September 2002, Technical Support for existing RightFax v.7.2 customers does not end until August 31, 2003. RightFax

RightFax Technical Support, including telephone and email support for
RightFax v.7.2 will end on August 31, 2003. Customers currently running
v.7.2, who have a current Technical Support plan, should upgrade to RightFax
8.5 immediately. Instant InfoSystems will not renew Technical Support Plans for RightFax 7.2 or earlier versions.
